Quality Assurance
We believe in best practice. Each nurse has to go through a stringent registration process, a process which only allows the very best nurses to be placed through Omega healthcare solutions. We have drawn up with the help of our clinical doctors and nurses drug calculations and clinical scenarios to test the clinical competency of each nurse wanting to work via Omega healthcare solution. We also carry out detailed vetting covering professional registration checks, disclosure and barring service checks and referencing. Every nurse is required to have at least 12 months experience in their chosen specialty before they can apply to work with us.
We have an experienced and dedicated compliance team, who work closely with the consultants to make sure all our nurses have the relevant qualifications and updates.
